Sally Heath, BA (Wilfrid Laurier University) and MA (University of Waterloo), is interested in Contemporary Canadian Literature, Canadian Studies, and Composition Theory and Pedagogy. She is planning to write her dissertation using an interdisciplinary approach to a reading of current Canadian fictional landscapes and their relation to, and repercussions on, the place-identity of individuals. Outside of the university, she can be found training horses and riders at local equestrian establishments, or exploring the Canadian landscape first hand on her marginally successful adventure racing team, “Had No Plans.”
